Daily Tips :
  • Practice good posture (especially during the third trimester)
  • Wear a support belt under your lower abdomen
  • Avoid sleeping on your back
  • Never use mineral water for preparing baby feeds

• Maternal breast tissue = 2 pounds

• Maternal blood = 4 pounds

• Maternal fat and nutrient stores = 7 pounds
